Hi, simple question.
I have a Gtx 780 ti Asus edition with an i7 4770k, which i think its not a bottleneck.
When i play Fallout 4 for example i set up my max fps to 120. While inside a building i get 120 fps fine and dont care with gpu workload. When im out in the open my frames drop to 80 - 90 and i expect that my gpu get to 100% workload to try to reach the 120, which it doesnt happen, why is this happening? Is it normal?
In MSI afterburner i setted the power to 110%
