After using compressed air to clean out the the computer, I tried to power on my pc and it would turn on for 2 seconds then go off.

I then unplugged it all and re connected the PLED switches on the motherboard, it then powered up fine.

After it powering on I realised no lights came up on my keyboard or mouse, and no display on my monitors. No ports on my motherboard are working but yet everything powered on correctly I just don't have anything external working. Any ideas?

My display is hooked up to my MSI GTX 970 which still shows no display, the cards LED lights up at the front constantly and the fans spin for 30 seconds until stopping which is normal.

The PC powers on completely fine and everything runs perfect, it's just I have no access to any devices plugged in via USB or no display from GPU

I didn't really understand your first message, if you mean do my equipment work in another PC then that would be yes. I also tried using onboard graphics but still no luck as the PC boots but I can not see anything on screen or keyboard/mouse do not light up

None of my USB ports are working at all but for some reason my USB headset adapter does light up but the headset isn't powered on because usually I can hear myself through the headset but I can't

Yet. That is possible you can also check your capacitors on your mobo make sure there attached had this problem last time. Yes the liquid can make contact did you shake the bottle when you did this a couple time when spraying?
