I'm assuming a bootable flash drive?
How did you make it?

Try recreating it by following this tutorial:
http://www.fit-pc.com/wiki/index.php/How_to_make_Windows_7_bootable_install_USB_stick

Quoted here for convenience:
You will need:

  • ■ PC running Windows XP/Vista/7/8
    ■ Windows 7, 32/64-bit (depending on the system) installation disk
    ■ USB drive with at least 8GB of free storage

Preparing the USB drive:

    ■ Open command prompt as administrator - Right click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt and select ■ Run as administrator or type cmd in the Start search bar.
    ■ Run diskpart utility by typing diskpart into command prompt window and pressing “Enter”.
    ■ Locate your USB drive disk number by executing list disk. We'll assume the USB drive is 1.
    ■ Run the following commands:
    ■ select disk 1
    ■ clean
    ■ create partition primary
    ■ select partition 1
    ■ active
    ■ format fs=NTFS
    ■ assign
    ■ exit

Now we have prepared USB drive. Lets make it bootable:

    ■ Insert Windows 7, 32/64-bit installation disk into DVD drive. Let's assume it's D
    Go to D:\boot (cd d:\boot)
    ■ If your USB drive letter is “e” please run bootsect /nt60 e:
    ■ Copy DVD Windows 7 media content to USB root folder (etc. don't put it into any folder)

You are now ready to install Windows 7 from USB flash drive!

That's alright and I'll try to help you figure this out :)

Let's do this:

    ■ Download the Windows USB DVD Tool (WUDT) here http://wudt.codeplex.com/
    ■ Go ahead and run it and follow the prompts to install it.
    ■ Launch Windows USB DVD Tool
    ■ Click Browse... next to the source file box and select your ISO. Then click Next.
    ■ Select USB DEVICE.
    ■ Select your Flash Drive in the drop down box.
    ■ Select Begin Copying.

Try booting to the device again.

You can see Microsoft's tutorial for this here.

I am trying to understand your setup.

You have a Windows 7 disk that you are trying to copy onto a flash drive?

If so, you should try to follow the link in my first post and let me know if that works.

I do what is in the links that you post , and I used Windows USB DVD Tool (WUDT) but the same error messge appear to me..

I want to format a disktop PC which now is not work and doesn't have a dvd room, so I want to use bootable flash
when I start the format process it works fine and after a few minutes it's stopped and appear an error message that there are some missed or corrupted files...

I tried using different ISO files for windows 7 but no change.

If you don't know how to browse to select an ISO, how are you selecting an ISO to load on the USB disk? Where did you get the ISO files you are trying to put on the disk?

What is the exact error, your post cut off since you tried to put the post in the title instead of the message body.

The USB drive actually boots, then starts the setup of Windows right? But it can't copy any files over?

Try using a different hard drive with the computer to install Windows on, it may be an issue with the hard drive and not the flash drive that it can't read files from or copy to.

Yes, that was what happened the USB drive boots, then starts the setup of windows , and after few minutes of installing files it is interrupted .
thanks for both of you :) , It may be from the hard drive , So I have to search for different solutions..
