I bought a SanDisk ultra II 480gb SSD and I can not find it in windows. I tried disk management and everything. When I went to BIOS it shows up under boot options. I have 3 choices for boot options, my disc drive, HDD and my SSD. What do I have to do in BIOS to make the SSD show up in windows?

Hey there, gramkos.

I'd suggest that you try connecting the SSD to a different SATA port with different cables, to see if the same thing happens again. It would be even better if you could try it with a different computer. Other than that, you could try testing it with a diagnostics tool, to see if it's recognized by it. You could also check if the SSD has firmware updates available and if it does - do it, to see if that fixes the issue.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how everything goes.
