Hi I have checked how my system runs against the GPU charts on the website and I am only getting about 65% of what it says I should be in Tomb Raider on Ultimate at 1080. I have checked the CPU load under test (it did not even throttle the CPU to maximum once) and it is fine and the memory load is also fine (11GB free). So I am at a bit of a loss as to what to do next. Can anyone help. btw frame rate targeting is off.
