Im adding some watercooling and plan on upgrading my motherboard and cpu but my question is setup of the graphics card. My mobo has 3 pci express x16 slots marked pciex16_1 pciex16_2 pciex16_3. I want to know if i can put my graphics card into slot 2 instead of slot 1? Is there any loss of performance being in the 2nd slot even though there both x16?
