I'm gonna add more memory to my Commodore 64 . I've got motherboard EPROMS (witch is used for storaging BIOS software) .

I think that won't be a problem for me . I can add different memory sockets by making holes to PCB . So , can I use these EPROMs ???

In a word, no. Flash ROMs are totally different from RAM.

You could build an adaptor to allow the flash chips to be used as a "silicon disk" (as we used to call them in the 80s, although it was usually battery-backed SRAM in those days); you'd have to write the software to make them appear as a disk drive too, of course - these days, we'd call it a device driver but I never heard that term used on home micros.

If you want to add more RAM, you'll have to find suitable RAM chips (probably something like 4164 DRAMs) or make/source an adaptor to allow (slightly) more modern chips to be used.

Not many here will know about Commodores and if they do it won't be that in depth. I would search the internet for information about configuring Commodores. Published materials will be your best reference. Good luck.
