Corsair H60 Intake vs. Exhaust Temps.

So I recently installed a Corsair H60 AIO CPU Cooler and i'm very impressed at the quality and easy installation of the unit, I had the unit as an Intake and was getting very nice temps on my cpu (28c Idle, 40-45 under gaming load).

The only issue is that I also have 2 high RPM front mounted Intake fans(+ h60 as intake AKA 3 intake fans) with NO exhaust fans although my case (CoolerMaster Scout 2 Advanced) is very well ventilated, I was getting lots of dust build up because of the Negative static pressure in the case.

After swapping the H60 to exhaust I noticed a pretty drastic change in the temps during gaming and idle (32c idle, 50-58 during gaming load even reaching 60+ in cpu intense games). Is this change normal for liquid coolers? and safe for the life of my system?

**UPDATE**

This is the current airflow in the system, switching back the H60 to intake has dropped the temps again but I am still worried that this set up will cause lots of dust. The 120mm fan on the top is running at a lower rpm. Is this set up okay for less dust?

before it had intake air that was cool, now it pulls pre-warmed air from inside,so yep normal and temps are fine. that is basically the temps we all get with AIO coolers
