What parts should I use to construct a computer for game development?

I want something that will preferably cost between $800 and $1200 that can handle game engines like Unreal Engine and Unity, and also 3d modeling programs like ZBrush and 3ds Max, along with some Maya as well. Please help me with this process. Also, I don't really know much about the hardware that comes with making this computer, so if you can simplify your answer, that would be great. Thanks!

P.S. I would prefer an i7 core, although an i5 is ok too.
