I have just installed some extremely cheap RAM on my computer. I already had CL9 G.skills DDR3, and installed the other set today. It was recognixed by windows without any problems, only thing i experienced was things went a bit slower on startup. After a quick BIOS tuning the RAM was now running at CL9. BUT now i see that XMP-1600 is different on the two sets. 9-9-9-24 for the original, and 9-9-9-28 for the new ones with a 1.5 vs 1.65. I sense a problem here, but havent come across any of practical art yet (thankfully).

What would be my ideal settings for this RAM so that i dont get into trouble later on?
