Solution
Looks like your RAM is the least part of the problem, your CPU and GPU are low.. You need either:

1. A general upgrade:
a) An AMD Athlon x4 860K and Radeon HD5850,
b) or Pentium G3258 and GTX 460

2. Or if you're on a strict budget:
c) Just replace your Core2 Quad CPU with a stronger Q9000 series model and a GTX 460.
You can be able to find the CPU used and if your motherboard supports it.

You can find out how much memory you are using now with Windows Resource monitor.

I will answer like total idiot.. But hope max for 5 fps .. But your pc over all performance and speed will Rise up.. If u love multy tasking and that kind of stuff.... But i would not buy ram, only if the price is like i dont know 15-20$, and if u gonna change your pc soon it's a waste of money... I have 4gb of ddr3 on 1600 and i have change for new one 1600 8gb ram and my pc works worst then with the 4 i dont know how... but i wasted my money.... only thing that's good i will save ram for my new build
