So im looking at buying the nvidia 980 ti graphics card but im not sure if i will need to upgrade anything else on my pc so it doesn't bottleneck, my current specs are Processor: Intel Core i3 4130 3.4Ghz, RAM: 8GB Corsair DDR3 XMS3 1600MHz/PC12800, Power Supply: Corsair CX430 430W, Motherboard: Asus H81M-PLUS and Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB.

So im going to upgrade my gtx 750 ti to a gtx 980 ti and im not sure if anything else will need upgrading, im pretty sure my power supply will need upgrading but not sure about my processor.

Thanks for any help.

well again bottlenecking is a relative term. For a while their i was using my ti g1 with an old i7 870, and that thing only had a stock speed of 2.9ghz. Granted it did have 4 hyperthreads so eh. No i don't believe you'll be "bottlenecked" with that setup, but if you want a more stable frame rate then upgrading the i3 would be your best bet. You're gonna want at least about a good 500-600 watt psu, if you wanna run a ti and oc it that is.

it depends on what you're trying to do. If you're just playing games almost any 4 core with at least 3 ghz will do. Streaming maybe look into a 4 core with hyperthreading. Heavy rendering, virtual machines 6-8 cores or more.
