600 USD Gaming PC 720p 60fps needed

600 USD is the max I'll be going with this, I also want it to last until the end of my college years, (3 more years left)
I broke my gaming laptop a couple of weeks ago by dropping it on the floor and leaving it there all day with my dog because I hadn't realized it had fell, needless to say, it broke and the repair guys say it can't be fixed.

As I said in the title, I want this PC to be able to play pretty demanding games at 60fps, such as modded skyrim, fallout 4, and the saints row games at 720p, high settings, and a playable 60fps. If you can squeeze in more performance to this with it still being under 600 dollars, please do.

Well, even though it's broken....perhaps something can be salvaged. What kind of hard drive does it have (size, etc)?

EDIT: Also, do you have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc, or will this all need to be included for $600 too?

No, sadly none of this can be salvaged for whatever reason (I asked the computer guys at the shop). I do have a keyboard and a mouse but no monitor, but I just want the PC right now, I can worry about the monitor later.

You'll eventually want to get a better CPU cooler so you can overclock this processor (which will certainly help with game performance), and you may or may not want/need an optical or WiFi card, but this would be a good system at this price point that could last for a few years without further upgrades.

Another option would be to go with something like this; Apples to apples it's a bit more expensive (this doesn't have the SSD for the OS drive):

But it puts you on a better upgrade path for the processor (the AMD option essentially has no options). Both boards can CrossFire, if that's something you ever had interest in doing.
