My nephew is currently gaming on a budget gaming build from Christmas 2012 . Athlon X4 740,8gb ram with a 1gb 7790. I picked up a R7 370 over Blackfriday for $90 and was thinking of giving it to him for Christmas. He mostly plays games like Ruse, Total War, Mountain Blade, Company of Heros, Fallout New Vegas and GTA V
So my question is do you think his X4 740 will bottleneck the 370 and will it be worth the upgrade from his 7790 which from reviews looks like it performs around a 260x or GTX750.
