So I just got this R9 270X Vapor-X.Its my first graphics card I have ever buyed and installed, before that I used integrated Intel graphics. So the problem is when I try to install my graphics drivers it says "Install package failure" I checked if the GC is being shown in device manager, but I only get my HD graphics. Also I have my monitor connected to the MOBO because I dont have a VGA to DVI cable..is it possible for this to be the problem? In the BIOS the PCI-E slot is shown to be empty (no graphics card in it)
The card is spinning and has its lights on and when I disable the Multi-Monitor option in the BIOS I dont have a signal to my monitor :D Any ideas? Thanks!

Things I've tried.
-Uninstall Intel HD graphics(after which the device manager shows I have a microsoft IGC and it cant be removed)
-Check UEFI if PCI-E is the first slot to run when starting.
-Checked the Power connector PINs
