Will upgrading to a GTX 960 or 970 be alright for my computer? Won't bottleneck?

Just as the titles implies, I was wondering if my computer can take a new graphics card such as the GTX 970/970. I have a 400Watt power supply right now, but I will be upgrading that too.

My Specs:

GPU: GTX 750 (From MSI)

CPU: AMD FX-8320 Eight cores (3.50 GHz)

RAM: 8GB

Hard drive: 1TB (Will get a 240GB SSD for windows and games)

*Windows 10 system*

Bottleneck won't be a problem, but be sure your PSU can handle those cards.

Your wish list is for your eyes only. All I get is a dead end.
That 400W PSU is an el-cheapo. It has the +12V rails specs of a 300W. I can't recommend using that for anything more than a GTX 750 Ti.

Yeah, that selection is all good. I thought you were referring to the PSU in your iBuypower rig. That was the only link that worked for me.

I also have one more question, which GTX 970 should I buy? There are soo many different types. I can go up to $340 (Maybe link to the best fit one and then tell me reasons why? I am trying to get into computer building so I need to learn this stuff)

See how much the one in my sig sells for now. At the time, it was the fastest clocked out-of-the-box GTX 970 sold. And Evga has the best warranty in the business. That's usually how I choose cards; by their core clock speed.
