Ok been happening all day trying fix this.I have no ipv4 /ipv6 I set them as one and did not work.uninstalled my drivers and reinstall (for wireless tp-link archerT8E wired Qualcomm atheros killer performance suite) I have down sfc /scannow. Troubleshooting says this both there migth be a problem with the driver for both Ethernet and wi-fi adapter.used ipconfig / release said this there's no operation failed as no adapter is in the state permissible for this operation. Im on my phone doing this cuz I cant use pc internet so that means no copy and paste. My internet is working works on other things.
