Here is more info. Screen is blown up covered in all colors of pixels when I get to windows 10 start screen. Can breifly make out pieces of start screen when clicking buttons but they are so blown up and out of proportion tou cant see the log in spot and the period you can see is so breif it is impossible to get anywhere. Problem started after uninstalling gpu drivers. Graphics card is a radeon 295x2

Onboard video didnt work. It wouldn't let me boot to safemode. The problem fixed itself. I just left the computer on and for some reason it started working. I got the drivers installed now everything is working properly
