Shadowplay if you have an Nvidia card. On the AMD side, you can record with their Gaming Evolved app. Then there's MSI Afterburner, FRAPS, and OBS, which will work regardless of your GPU manufacturer.
In my experience, Shadowplay is the best. High quality, low impact, small file sizes.
