If it said that. ddr3 ram bus 1600, so is it divided as half in dual channal mode as each channal run at 800 bus??? and if I use single Ram ,can I get 1600 bus??? Sorry for my bad English??

Yes, a 1600MHz single stick of RAM will still run at 1600Mhz if it is installed alone.

Dual channel doesn't split the frequency of the RAM module in half.

DDR uses clock doubling tech so 1600Mhz is actually 800x2=1600Mhz. The number of channels is totally different. It just changes the theoretical max memory bandwidth, dual channel 2x and quad channel would be 4x.

Dont worry your computer says it 800 but its runing at 1600. DDR stand for dual data rate, so you need to multiply the nu,mbers you get by 2x
