find an old copy of windows 7 on ebay and grab the free upgrade to win 10 should save you about $50 easy.

also i would upgrade to DDR1600 ram sticks for sure, not much point in going higher but DDR1600 is the sweet spot for performance/price.

drop the optical drive if you don't really need it i haven't had one for years now and ive never missed it (IE steam)

also get a FSP power supply they simply are the best around.

Nope. It's barely running at the cheapest specs it can be done with, plus there are a few components in there you should actually spend a bit more on - the PSU for instance.

If push comes to shove, you could save a few bucks(probably) by getting a single 8GB stick instead of 2x4, but that'll perform worse.

No. As far as I can tell, there's nothing you can do to make this cheaper.

Everything seems ok already except for the PSU. Bad choice for a PSU. It's not built for a gaming set up. It's more for an office type pc. Get a tier 1 or tier 2 like the EVGA SuperNova G2 or XFX XTR/TS series. You will spend more on them, but you won't run into issues later.
