Anyone have a estimate on this ASUS RMA?

I am shipping from Maryland to California via FedEx. My laptop had a broken space bar and i really need my laptop for a business trip so i would like to know if anyone here had a similar issue and had to RMA how long it took.

ASUS should give you an ETA on the repair when you setup the RMA. It depends on the service level you have on the warranty. Most places I work at have next day repair as part of the warranty, a standard home warranty repair is likely 2-3 days depending on the volume.

I had to return my Surface to MS they said 5 to 8 business days. The shipping was overnight. They shipped it back overnight. The big thing is if they have the part in inventory. I was contacted by Fedex before MS contacted me. Well actually MS never contacted me and I received a tracking notice from Fedex Thanksgiving night and received Friday the next day.
