Will this shallow case provide enough cooling for a two GTX 980 TI GPUs?

I'm looking to build a shallow (18" or less) 4U rugged rack-mount computer with two GTX 980 TIs for CUDA computation only (no display). I could also use a single Titan Z instead of the 980 TIs.

It's going to have an intel xeon e5-1650 processor, an SSD, a couple of hot-swap drives, and not much else.

I would like to use a chassis like the iStarUSA E-4000.

I'm primarily concerned about cooling. The machine will not always be in an air-conditioned server room, and this chassis only has a 120mm cooling fan and an (optional) 80mm blower fan.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Yeah should be just fine as long as you get the blower versions of the cards (reference cooler). I would get the optional exhaust fan also.
