I don't think there is any way to do that.
You could use something like a slingbox to record from cable and then access the recording over wifi. You could also use something like an HDHomerun device which makes a TV tuner accessible over your network. Basically, you can convert the cable TV signal to something wifi accessible, but there aren't any commercial devices to easily rebroadcast that signal over coax again.

Those are only proprietary systems and would have to be supplied by the cable company in order to work.
