That's very vague. But with 660€ // 714.6$ // £474.8 you can already buy a good computer with a fast-mid-level gaming GPU and a CPU that will allow you to have your smooth experience at multitasking even. You'd have to know what to buy though. If you need help about parts especificly just ask away.

I would honestly say that would entirely depend on what games you plan to play at what monitor resolution. Because monitor determines everything that will go into your tower and knowing more about that will help decide what the best direction to go in is. For 1080P you're probably looking at somewhere between $750 - $900, 1440P you're looking at maybe $1100 - $1500, and for 4K or higher you're looking at $2,000 - $2500 or more.

also how you spend the build funds. if you go with a micro atx h97 mb and a locked 4590. with a ssd and drive and 970 card would be about 1000.00. if your looking to build a good rig then put some money into a saving account each week when you have 1,500 then start parting out your dream rig. with pc and parts there are newer parts that are dropped almost every few months. right now amd and nvidia are ramping up there next gpu..read about nvidia pascal online.
