Was wondering which graphics card would be a good choice if I just wanted to upgrade the graphics card so my son could play some games on the computer. My current graphics card Radeon HD 4200 does not support Direct X11 which is required for most games

You may be able to run a gtx 750ti but without a higher wattage psu your options are limited. The 750ti should allow for playing games at 1080p at low graphics settings.
