My PC W.10 doesn't detect my hard drive ( internal HDD )
It shows up in the bios , but not in the OS ( My computer )
What to do I can't just let 150 gigs of photos go away !!!

It is my understanding it is already partitioned unless OP is confused. He says there is already 150GB of photos on it so it should already be partitioned.

First off, DON'T create a partition and format it as Silas says unless you want to erase all your data. First off, check what the drive identifies itself as and what capacity it shows in BIOS. If the size is a lot smaller than it should be or the ID isn't the same as the drive's model number the it's a problem with the hard drive.

Next check the drive in disk management (control panel > admin tools > computer managment > Disk management) and see what it's showing. Maybe even snap a screenshot and post it here.
