Installing an AMD Graphics Card...Anything I need to know before hand?

I just recently got a Radeon R7 370 and will upgrade my desktop on Saturday. I was wondering about graphics drivers. I have a GT630 installed in the system already, so do I uninstall the Nvidia drivers and install the AMD drivers before I install the card?

Thanks in advance!

P.S. Any other things I should know before I install the card?

Uninstall all the drivers, power down and replace the card, boot back up (the monitor will be in 800x600 or similar, then install the new drivers.
