Alright so ,
I was playing WoW ( world of warcraft ) and I get random fps spikes. I have never had this kind of fps spike before. I could play the game in perfect fps with NEVER getting a lag spike. I thought to myself that maybe its just the game is under maintenance. So I start playing GTA 5 with my friends, I can get perfect smooth crisp fps lol and then it drops to like 20 fps and Its completely unbearable. So I thought that maybe I just dont have a good pc to run it at constantly UNTIL my friend said he is constantly gettting perfect fps. He has a worse pc than me so how is this possible for him to have constant perfect fps and I have perfect fps and get terrrible fps spikes. Please help bros !

Solution
i think i found solution if u have nvidia

* Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features
* Scroll down to the Nvidia installs
* First of all remove Nvidia Game Experience SW
* Remove all drivers except the Graphics Driver and the PhysX Driver

Hope it helps!

Hard to say what is going on off the back, i would suggest looking at task manager and looking at the performance tab to see if anything is spiking during those times.

that will at least give you an idea where to start troubleshooting, example memory spiking to 100% during the fps drops.

i dont think that could be related, i would start off with just getting all drivers updated (chipset, graphics drivers mainly), also check the bios version of the mother board and compare what your board is running.
