I tested my ram with memtest and it didnt show any errors

As soon as I start my computer i get the same BSOD with the same message irql_not_less_or_equal

What should i do?

My cpu is a intel core i3 550 LGA 1156

I don't think that the new ram is bad necessarily, but it might be not compatibel with the older motherboard.Maybe that the motherboard only takes 2gb sticks per slot. Can also be that, from what i read that the new ram just isn't compatibel with the old ram, just saw a topic here where they state that the motherboard supports up to 16gb of ram, haven't checked myself.

Is there an option to return the new ram,or maybe sell it? Look for another set of 1333mhz ram of 2x2gb and hope they are compatibel with what you have.

You see the option for the bios, can you enter it?
