Pc crashes under load

While playing games my gaming PC crashed. This has started recently. I have tested my PSU and its fine and while gaming my CPU temp is around 40 and my gpu 30. What should I do?

Could be motherboard heat, make sure you are dust free and have adequate air flow. Could be a bad video card or memory. There are programs to test memory (memtest86.org) and video card memory. Could be malware/virus. Try malwarebytes.org and run anti-malware free. Just be careful during installation about optional features.
