who can i resolved this problem?

system bios shadowed & "video bios shadowed" are not problems, they are simply default settings in the motherboard's BIOS configuration. More info here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/96945-30-shadowed-bios

On retail, desktop PC motherboards, both can usually be disabled, but most laptops have a cut-down BIOS with fewer options so you may find those two settings are fixed.

If current shadowed settings are causing a problem (eg can't install Windows), check your BIOS Setup to see if they can be disabled.
