Getting Rid of Windows 10 Update!!??

Is it at all possible to get rid of this Windows 10 update? I cannot update my computer with the latest Windows 7 Updates because it just says "Get Started" with the Windows 10 update.. I do not want W10.. Can I delete the update or am I stuck with what I have until I succumb to the Windows 10..??
