Strange Issues with upgraded Acer Aspire - Problems booting, random shut downs, CPU + GPU fans spin when plugged in

So I bought an Acer Inspire M 2 years ago from tiger direct. I recently decided to put in an EVGA GTX 960 GPU and an EVGA 430 watt PSU.

I have a strange problem. The computer runs perfectly fine (when it runs) and so does the graphics card. However, only after shutting down the computer (not hibernate or anything), and only sometimes, the computer refuses to start. I press the power button and all that happens is both the CPU and GPU fans spin for a second or so, then stop and pause for a second or so, and then spin again and so on indefinitely until i turn the PSU off. Upon turning the PSU back on the noises begin again.

If i let the computer sit with the PSU off for around 2 days, when turning it back on it works...

This problem recently happened to me again, and i decided to take the graphics card out, and turned on the computer, it successfully booted..

I then reinserted and reattached power to the GPU. Upon plugging the computer back in, i turned the PSU back ON, and the computer started without me pressing the power button.

I'm thinking that my graphics card is somehow interfering with my computer startup.

My system specs are below:

Acer Aspire |M|
Windows 10
AMD A8 5500 quad core processor
[strike]AMD Radeon HD 7350 1024MB[/strike]
EVGA Geforce GTX 960
EVGA 430 watt PSU
2TB HDD
8GB DDR3

Please help,
