Hard Drive for sale?

I recently took apart an old computer of mine and found that it had a 2007 500GB hard drive in it. Its a old Western Digital and I don't have use for it as I am going to buy a terabyte for my new computer, If anyone would like to buy it then by all means message me, but I would also like to know whether its worth selling since it is a couple years old or I should keep it myself.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Should I put it in my new computer and just use it for basic storage along with my terabyte? Or will it just run like crap?

I used old HDDs in my system, they might be a tad slower depending on the drive, but they are good for bulk storage.
Gimp files I wont touch for 5 months? To the old drive. Skypes auto download pictures? To the old drive. Addons and mods from my friends that I dont trust? To the second old drive. They are good to have in case you simply need to wipe them.
