Why did you only give 8GB of RAM, and a 250GB solid state and a TB?

^ Your original build was $850. So I tried to make a build that was similar. If you are willing to go close to $1000 then:
1) stick with the 1866 CL9 RAM I chose. It's a great price and faster and cheaper than the one in your updated build. $30 is an insanely good deal for it.
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($29.99 @ Newegg)

2) As for PSUs, the CX series is really cheap and more for lower quality builds. Choose a higher quality one. This is a better choice:
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($54.99 @ Newegg)

3)If you are willing to spend $290 on a GPU, you might want to consider the 970. It is a very sold GPU and needs less power and generates less heat than the 390.
