Confused about i7 6700k Overclocking

I've got a 6700k on an Asus z170 Pro Gaming, and I'm having trouble figuring out how to adjust the multiplier. It seems the only things in the AI Tweaker in terms of OCing are ways to adjust the Turbo Frequency and the BCLK. Are you supposed to adjust the BCLK on Skylakes or the Turbo? Cooled by a CM Nepton 240m.
