I just completed a new computer build. Though when i tried to power it on, it would turn on but the slightest of bumps to the computer would shut the whole thing down. I thought the power supply cable was the problem, since after it shut down i would adjust the cables going to the motherboard and the power light on the motherboard would light up and i could turn it on again. Just recently though, it is shutting down without touching it and now a light on the motherboard is lighting up while the power on light on the motherboard to start up the whole computer is not on.( http://prntscr.com/9a4t4c ) I've been told it may be a voltage problem but i don't think that's the case.
What would you guys suggest I check or what the problem may be? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Solution
I had the same problem, but it was resolved by switching the power supply cable that came with the PSU, with another power cable. Since you know it can't be the cable, you may want to consider getting a refund on your motherboard.
