it's about my broadband plan,when i purchased the plan,it was 4mbps untill 8 gb then 512 kbps i know 512 kbps means 61 kb/sec so my confusion is that

i got this info in internet as well as in local news about this change in bsnl internet so will it effect my current plan like will it increase in any way ,because i get the same as i was getting earlier ,so i am little bit confusing download is from 300-500kb/sec in fast mbps then i get 60 kb/sec after i get a info about that fast mbps is done 8gb then it reduces to 512kbps
