Hello, I just built a new computer and didn't have any drivers installed so I went on my laptop to install the drivers on a USB listed here:
http://us.msi.com/product/motherboard/support/Z170A-GAMING-PRO.html#down-driver&Win10 64
Then it gives me an error saying "Cannot Install Drivers, No Intel(R) Adapters Are Present In This Computer" when I try to install the Intel Network Driver. I would appreciate any help! This is extremely Frustrating. I'm on Windows 10 64 bit. Thanks!

Your post is a little confusing: "I went on my laptop to install the drivers on a USB". Do you mean that you downloaded the driver file to a USB stick, have put that stick in you new PC and when you try to run the installation file it gives you that message? If so, you might want to check that the NIC is not disabled in the BIOS.
