Hello, im building my first gaming pc and would like to hear others opinions about it.

Link for easy viewing: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/BRKvXL

Im buying the parts from local shop so the prices are different than in pcpartpicker:
This pc will be used mostly for gaming and i'm not going to overclock.

Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor - 195eur
ASRock H97M Anniversary Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard - 77eur
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory - 43eur
Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive - 83eur
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive - 54eur
EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB SSC ACX 2.0+ Video Card - 370eur
Fractal Design Define S ATX Mid Tower Case - 80eur
Cooler Master 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply - 67eur

So in total it's EUR 970.

Basically i'm getting all the cheapest parts i could find but maintaining good gaming performance.
I can't really find any places to cut to get even cheaper build but the pc case, or taking out the SSD or taking out the HD just for now and getting it later.

So the question is: is there other silent cases that could be cheaper than this? Or should i take something like R4(96 eur) or R5(107 eur) from Fractal Design for better silence?

The second question: What do you thing about this build overall? Main points would be the CPU, is it good enough or should i get the i5-4590(220 eur) or i5-4690(247 eur)?
What about PSU, it's the cheapest i could find from tier 1-3. This one is tier 3.

About Windows 10, i'm planning on downloading it and installing it from USB, BUT NOT ACTIVATING for a month or two, because i will not have that extra money for now. So will the windows work properly even if it is not activated right away?

No case which includes components with fans can ever be truly silent.
Quiet, yes, but not silent.
To get a quiet case, you must have quiet components.
The GTX970 you picked is quite good.
So is the cpu, but the included stock cooler can get noisy under load.
Plan on a $30 tower cooler with a quieter 120mm fan. cm hyper 212 or cryorig H7 for example.
The fractal design S is very good.
A very good case which might be cheaper might be the Silverstone PS-08.

It is a cheaper plastic design based on the excellent TJ-08E

i5-4460 is a fine cpu and appropriate for your graphics card.
If your games tend towards sims, strategy and mmo types, a cheaper i3-4170 @3.7 might be a stronger performer.
Such games tend to be single threaded and cpu limited.

A 250gb ssd will hold a fair number of games. You would lose nothing by deferring on the hard drive.
It is easy to install one later when you need more storage.
It would be much more difficult to change to a ssd later.

Coolermaster quality is iffy, and it depends on the particular model.
See if you can't find a XFX or Seasonic 500w unit which should be sufficient.

On windows 7, you had 30 days to activate. Windows 10, I do not know.
I would not try to run unactivated.

Consider using a less expensive sc version of the GTX970.

Thanks for the response.

I think i might drop the HD to get a better PSU. What do you think about this?
FRACTAL DESIGN ATX 2.4 EDISON M 550W it is tier 2 and costs 93 eur.

I will keep the stock cooler for the CPU and see if it gets noisy when i actually build my pc. Then i will consider if i need a different one. I guess the Fractal Design Define S is already a good choise and i will keep it too.
The GTX 970 is already ordered from amazon. It was 70 eur cheaper than in my country so i could not resist :D

Would like if someone could comment on the Windows 10 situation i described or i must buy it with the parts, about 100 eur, if so, is retail version better to buy then OEM because when i change computer in the future, it can be activated on the new pc?
