is it ok to play a game in Borderless ? same performance as full screen ?

I have a proplem with assassin's creed rogue

in full screen when exit the game my desktop gadgets to random places on my desktop

when in bordless it,s stay in same place

I only have this proplem with rogue and unity

resolution is same as my monitor

r9 390 nitro

Dedicated full screen will give you the best performance for 3D games. Windowed borderless adds overhead and is used for compatibility/stability issues.

For 2D games, I haven't seen any difference.

If your icons are moving, it's possible your desktop color depth and resolution are off from the game's full screen mode. Double-check it.
