How to connect my mac at the office from pc at home (SSH)

why ssh?
mac has vnc built in, this will require that port open though and a ddns or static ip to connect.
teamviewer really is the best or even google remote desktop which is free
unless you have a vpn etc this is your easiest option. ask IT for sslvp if it is available on your firewall

Who controls the network at work. If you do then it is as simple as setting up the port mapping to make ssh work ....not sure why though.
If you do not control the network then unless the person that does allows you to the short answer is you can't do it.
