So i have an 8350 and in ai suite i usuallyy put it to high performance or auto to get the best between power safe and high performance. The problem im having is when i watch youtube or install a game then the temps rise to around 50 degrees C.

I am not over clocked and the cpu is 4.0 ghz.

Here are my computer parts.
Corsair 750D case
H55 corsair water cooler (formula 7 nano diamond thermal paste in line method)
3 140mm fans i put on top (stock fans) i know i need to change those at some point
2 120mm cougar vortex fans in front and a crappy stock fan in back.
Crosshair V Formula Z motherboard
Sapphire Dual x R9 280 graphics card
8 gigs of corsair vengeance ram 2133 mhz

So i am curious how i can get better and performance and cooler temps. When i play games lately the temps have been rising to 70 or above. I would appreciate any help and please ffeel free to send me a private message if anything specific comes to mind that i can do so i can make a list. Thanks in advance

What are you using to measure these temperatures, AMD Overdrive? Other things are quite unreliable.

Possibilities.
Bad, failing, cracked paste.
Loose water block.
Failing, weak pump.
Clogged radiator inside
Clogged radiator outside.
Air bubbles in your fluid.
Weak, slow radiator fans.
Bad macro air-flow in or out of case.

You need to check each one of these things out and eliminate them.

AI suite 2. Overdrive doesnt show cpu for some reason when i look at it. just reapplied the paste like 2 days ago. ive done it 3 times in november, so it shouldnt be that. its an all in cpu cooler ( h55 from corsair and is basically new) not sure how to tell if its a failing pump lol. no water cooling loop so its not air bubbles. well i do have a crappyy 120mm fan on the back of the radiator so idk. As i said before i have 3 140mm fans that came with the corsair 750D that i put on top and 2 cougar vortex 120mm fans in front.

You should check that the block is seated properly; it probably is.
Check temperatures of in/out at water block, check temperatures at in/out of radiator. Measure temperature in/out of air through radiator.
does taking the side panels off the case improve temperatures?
You may have fans, but the presence of a wall or a desk or dust could easily reduce efficiency significantly.

What is you ambient temperature?
