Hi, I was looking into upgrading my graphics card but have a few questions/concerns.

I want to upgrade my intergrated () to MSI Radeon R9 380 GAMING 4GB GDDR5 PCI-e. My Motherboard is a GA-F2A88XM-D3H with a 300W ALLIED ATX12V Power Supply.

Firstly I was wondering if it's even possible to upgrade the intergrated to the PCI and is it as easy as plugging the new card into the PCI port and installing the drivers?

Secondly if it is possible will I need to upgrade my powersupply to support the new card?

If so would a 600w be enough?

If you need any more informationa bout my build I'd happily provide it!

Thanks in advanced!

yes, it is as simple as uninstalling your current video card drivers turning the computer off and just installing the new card in the pcie slot and putting the monitor cable on the new gpu and turning it on

yes you will need a new power supply

and 600w would be enough if it a decent model and has the proper pcie cables for the video card you want
