Best gtx 970 (g1, msi 4g, strix, ftw, HOF)

I have heard good and bad things of each other. My research has lead me to:
-evga ftw is the fastes
-g1 is kinda fan favorite and what most suggest. Its cooling is good
-msi 4g (reviewes show promising) and eventhough its the slowest in paper, very fast in benchmark. Its cool
-asus strix ??? Some random good things.
-HOF fastest in paper (a lot of fanboys)

I would bot be overclocking. I was initially going for the msi when it had free stuff in newegg. Now its sold out. Which you conaoder best for normal factory clock.

without looking at prices, I'd say the FTW is pretty awesome except for one thing- it doesn't remove heat from the case and expel it outside- it keeps the heat inside the case with its fan design. That said, I've been pretty happy with mine.

Personally I prefer the Strix because of it's cooler design, and the fact that it only has one 8-pin pcie connector.

I actually have the HOF. It's been amazing so far. I can't knock the other cards though as I have never used them.
