Just finished building my system all new parts. went to turn it on and the fan only spun for a second so i took out the video card and tried it again and vola it booted up the system fan and the cpu fan at full speed. thinking that was the problem i held the power button to shut it down so i could get the installation disks and what not but to my surprise when I went to start it up the second time, the same problem occurred and now thats all its doing.
It would be JUST my luck is my mobo or PSU is faulty. please tell me someone knows the fix.
Don't know if it matters or not but my PSU comes with 2 CPU plugins but my mobo only has one.
