If I am getting a gtx 960 which is the best version of it to get?

The best for my money. If possible post links of the item from amazon because that is where i will most likely buy it, if not no worries. Thanks guys so much!

Current Monitor is an Asus VS247

This will be a pretty big improvement from the gtx 760 right? And also do i need the 4g?

It's not likely you will see a MAJOR improvement with a GTX960 over a GTX760 if any at all. I have a GTX770 and a GTX960 and the 770 is only about 2.5% faster than the GTX960 on the same computer. You might get a refurbished card from the EVGA website but I recommend buying from Newegg or Amazon as their prices will likely be cheaper.
