Can't figure out if it's CPU, PSU or MB problem, any help would be appreciated.

I got my rig 1 and a half years ago.

AMD FX6300
MSI 970A-G43
MSI HD 7770
x2 4GB DDR3
1TB WD 7200
CORSAIR CX500w
AOC 24" (144hz)

I play csgo and dota2 fine, great fps no problem at all.

A few months ago I changed my GPU to EVGA GTX 960 (black friday deal). And last week when I was playing cs go the monitor switched off "NO SIGNAL" but my computer was still running all the fans and lights were still on.

I had to manually restart 3x and it was back to normal and since this happen (which happened 4x) my fps on csgo has dropped drastically from 180-200+ fps now I'm getting below 100. But, playing dota 2 seems to have no problem at all.

Temperature on GPU while playing game is 50 ish and CPU around 60ish.

Im guessing motherboard, CPU or PSU problem? But, this problem has puzzled me for days. I thought it was my GPU temperature so I increased my GPU fan to max but the problem is still there.

Appreciated any help.

If you don't do it correctly or get the wrong BIOS it could brick the motherboard ill look it up for you.

I would check your task manager see if anything is having a hard time while your gaming, or anything abnoal.
