I own a Dell Precision T1600. I bought this case and found it to have a USB 3.0 20pin female cable to plug into my mother board. The problem is that my mother board doesn't seem to have a 20pin male port, it does have a 34pin port though. I'm thinking an adapter might work but I'm not sure how to find that specific of an adapter. If anyone knows how I might plug the USB 3.0 cable into my mother board please inform me.

That looks like a floppy connector. You do NOT want to connect that.

You can however get a 10pin(9 pin 8 used) usb 2.0 to 3.0 adapter to get the ports working. They will run at 2.0 speeds, but it is better than nothing.

They look like this.
